What I'm Into.. Right Now
I thought it'd be fun to do a post about all things I'm loving right now!
Making:
Valentine's :) At school, we are making valentine's for residents in nursing homes. However, we are getting a little creative with the valentine's and having the kiddos decorate (full) tissue boxes to give as their valentine to the residents! I thought this was such a neat idea, because it is flu season and everyone has tissue boxes sitting around, why not decorate them?!
We are crafting the boxes next week, so stay tuned for the finished project!
Cooking:
Well, let's just say.. I'm not. I want to be a good cook, I have so many ideas (i.e. my food pinterest board) but right now, cooking is just not my thing. I do have to brag on my boyfriend, Alex, for cooking me an AWESOME dinner last week! I'll just leave the cooking to him :)
Drinking:
Coffee, Water and Wine. That about sums it up for what I've been drinking right now! I can't go a day without coffee, if it's earlier than 9 am you better believe I'm drinking (or have already drank) my coffee for the day. I'm trying to eat better, and along with that I'm trying to drink more water. I've actually really enjoyed the extra water throughout the day! And we can't forget the wine. I usually am a beer girl, but recently I've been going for the Chardonnay! (thanks to my Mom :)
Eating:
Like I said above, I've been trying to eat better and it truly is making me feel better all around. Right now I usually have a yogurt for breakfast, a sandwich with some sort of veggie on the side for lunch, and whatever my family is having for dinner..*Perks of living at home*
Reading:
Right Now, I'm reading "Turning the Tables" by: Teresa Giudice. I've always been a Real Housewives fan so I was eager to read her book, I'm halfway through it and am loving how real she is! I'll report back when I complete it.
Watching:
TGIT. So excited to have back Grey's and Scandal!!
P.S. looking for suggestions, I'm a Netflix addict and need a new show ASAP!!
Buying:
I'm not buying anything right now, because during Christmas break I bought a CAR! Now I am saving big time.. well trying to at least!
Wishing:
Right now, I am wishing for warmer weather because we just booked a summer, beach vacation with Alex's family to Gulf Shores!
Loving:
My amazing family and friends. I know its so cliché but with so much hate going on in the world I just can't say it enough!
